Qwen Image 2512 + PiD

Qwen Image is a powerful open-source AI image model, excellent at realistic people, text in images and following detailed prompts. This version uses the Lightning LoRA for fast generation, then the PiD upscaler turns it into a sharp 4096x4096 image.

How it works

1. Write your prompt.
2. Keep the image square (1:1) for PiD.
3. Run it and compare the base image with the 4K result.

Fast or best quality?

With the Lightning LoRA, Qwen needs only 8 steps at CFG 1, so images come out much faster. Without it, use about 25 steps and a CFG above 1: generation takes longer, but quality is noticeably better.
