Refunds and support for workflow purchases

Premium workflows and the InfluencerMaxxing 101 kit are digital products. After your payment is verified, the files and guide are available immediately in My Account. Workflows are provided as-is, with the included guidance.

If a workflow isn’t working or something looks wrong, email hearmeman@hearmemanai.xyz or reach out in the HearmemanAI Discord server. Include your account email and order reference. Never send card details.
Immediate access and your right to withdraw
Before checkout you’re asked to confirm: “I agree to immediate access and understand I lose my right to withdraw.” Because the files are delivered immediately after payment, this confirmation means the statutory withdrawal period for digital content no longer applies once your access begins.
Refunds
Because workflow files are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, purchases are not refundable once delivered. If you were charged twice, or paid but never received access, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund the duplicate or undelivered charge.
LoRA training included in the kit
Training follows the LoRA Trainer policy: a failed training keeps its credit, and only a successful training uses it.
This doesn’t affect any statutory consumer rights you have.
