About this site
HMMART operates HearmemanAI, a resource hub for AI image and video creation, including PROmpt and the shared account experience. Guides and workflows help you get started; results and compatibility depend on your models, hardware and setup.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate account and contact information. You control your display name, avatar and preferences in Your account. Do not impersonate others, upload private information without permission or share access in a way that compromises another person’s data.
Contributing to PROmpt
Submit only AI-generated, safe-for-work images depicting clearly adult characters, paired with their exact prompts. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share your inputs, images and attribution. We may reject or remove unlawful, misleading or unsuitable material. Review does not guarantee publication.
You retain any rights you hold in your contribution. You give HMMART a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, resize, review and, after approval and a publication decision, display your contribution and creator credit on HearmemanAI. This permission is limited to operating and presenting the library, and ends for future display when your contribution is removed, subject to limited backups and lawful record retention.
Published prompt text may be copied and used to create new outputs. This is not a licence to republish another creator’s showcase image, claim their identity, or redistribute HearmemanAI branding. AI-generated material may have limited or no copyright protection; we do not guarantee ownership, exclusivity or clearance of third-party rights. You remain responsible for your outputs and your generation provider’s terms.
Leaving or removing contributions
You can remove individual contributions and withdraw them from the review queue, request removal of PROmpt data, or request whole-account closure. PROmpt-only removal keeps LoRA Trainer and the shared account available. Open paid work and legally required records may require review before whole-account closure. Copies already downloaded by others cannot always be recalled. See our privacy policy for retention and requests.
Resources and licenses
Check the license supplied with each workflow, model and other asset before using or redistributing it. Downloading a resource does not grant rights to third-party content. You are responsible for the inputs you use and the content you create.
Model names and provider logos identify the tools they belong to. They do not imply that those providers endorse or operate HearmemanAI. Their owners retain applicable trademark rights.
Third-party services
Runpod deployments, Fanvue signups and downloads from third-party services happen under those services' terms and charges. Review prices, storage costs and licenses before proceeding. Runpod and Fanvue links may earn HearmemanAI a commission. Earlier purchases made through Whop remain governed by their original listing and purchase terms; they are not automatically imported by matching email addresses.
Purchases and credits
One-time product purchases and credits do not create a subscription unless a checkout expressly says so. Check the product, price, currency, delivery and refund terms before purchasing; for premium workflows and the InfluencerMaxxing 101 kit, see our refund policy. Credits and purchase status are visible in your account; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Premium workflow purchases through this site use Fanvue for card checkout where available or OxaPay for crypto checkout. Dodo Payments may appear in historical purchase records. Fanvue is the Merchant of Record for payments made through Fanvue Checkout. HearmemanAI delivers your purchased products. For Fanvue billing questions, refunds and payment disputes, contact Fanvue billing support; contact HearmemanAI for product access and delivery support. The selected checkout shows the final amount and any applicable taxes. After payment verification, the purchased files and included guide are available in My Account. GPU rental and optional third-party API usage are separate costs. Experimental components are marked on the product page. Discord support requires a verified Discord connection and membership in the support server.
Working together
An inquiry is not a booking or purchase. Project scope, price, deliverables, payment and ownership will be agreed separately before work begins. This site does not take project payments.
Use responsibly
Do not abuse the contact form, attempt unauthorized access or use resources unlawfully. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
