Load the file
- Download the JSON from the workflow library.
- Open ComfyUI.
- Drag the JSON file onto the canvas. ComfyUI loads the graph.
On a HearmemanAI Runpod template, check the workflows menu on the left first. The graph you need may already be bundled with the template.
If nodes appear red
A required custom node may be missing. Open ComfyUI Manager, choose Install Missing Custom Nodes, install the required package, then restart ComfyUI. If this happens on a preconfigured template, include the template name when you report it.
If a model is missing
Read the workflow's model list and check each loader. Put the model in the specified folder, then restart ComfyUI. A file in the wrong folder will not appear in the expected loader.
Use the model links and folders listed on the workflow page. If a filename differs, select the installed file in its loader.
If the graph loads but the run fails
Read the error before changing settings. A model path or missing LoRA is a common cause, and the error often names the file. Compare that name with the files installed in the pod and the values selected in the loaders.
Ask for help with the error
Send the workflow name and a screenshot of the error to support. Explain what you were trying to make and what you already tried. Remove API keys and private details from the screenshot first.
